Yolanda started her real estate career in 1999 as part of a real estate team selling brand-new luxury homes in Marina del Rey, here she had the experience of working with celebrity clients. Two years later she went on her own and she has sold dozens of properties all over Los Angeles County, including the Fernando Valley, the Westside, and the South bay area ever since.
She has experience in all types of real estate transactions, including multi-units, international property, vacant land, 1031 exchanges, and leasing properties for her investor clients.
Yolanda has a passion for decoration and interior design, which are skills that she always brings to the table when she is preparing her clients’ homes for the market.
She has been involved in several remodel projects, including a complete remodel work of her own home, and she has helped many clients increase the value of their homes by advising them on making smart repairs and renovations.
Yolanda is also passionate about learning; therefore, she continually furthers her education. She obtained her Broker’s license a few years ago, and she has received several certifications, including Certified Negotiation Expert, Certified Seniors’ Real Estate Specialist, Certified Condominium Expert, Certified Trust Sale Specialist, and a few others.
